SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped by our delivery courier partner. You can choose the delivery service required at checkout. A signature at delivery may be required.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be shipped the following Monday unless you have chosen expedited delivery at checkout. This is to prevent our orders being stored at our couriers' warehouse over the weekend. 

RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will love your Rose of Eden purchase. However if for any reason your purchase is not as described then you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return your purchase in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Product must have been cared for in accordance to the Care Guide. Buyer pays for return postage and is liable for damage in transit if this happens. We recommend packing using bubble wrap and not squashing the roses. 

No refunds in the following circumstances: Product was Made to Order / Product was customised or personalised on request / Customer ordered the wrong-size (exchange only at discretion of Rose of Eden). 
  

In the unlikely event your order is damaged on arrival please contact us as soon as possible following delivery. It will help if you take some pictures of the damage as we will ask for proof of damage. You will need to return the order to us for a replacement or full refund. A refund will not be issued for damage from further handling and storage that has resulted from the recipient failing to answer for delivery.

PAYMENT METHOD

At checkout you will be able to pay with Credit/Debit Cards or Paypal.
Our provider for Credit/Debit Cards payments is Stripe.
